1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Weekly Flowers services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to availability. Prices are listed in Georgian Lari (GEL/₾) and include applicable taxes. Payment is required before order confirmation. We accept bank transfers as our primary payment method.

3. Delivery

We aim to deliver within the selected time slot. However, delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control. You must ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the specified address.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Orders can be cancelled or modified up to 12 hours before the scheduled delivery time. After this window, we may not be able to accommodate changes. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5 business days.

5. Subscriptions

Subscription plans renew automatically based on your chosen frequency. You may pause, resume, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Changes take effect from the next billing cycle.

6. Product Quality

We guarantee the freshness and quality of our flowers at the time of delivery. If you receive damaged or unsatisfactory products, please contact us within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

Weekly Flowers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.
